Your Daily Dose for April 29, 2008
We live in an age where technology is king, and new gadgets and gizmos whiz their way into our lives almost everyday. Gadgets that do amazing and wonderous things. Gadgets that we're told will enhance our lives. And then there's the Leave Me Alone Box. When a switch on the outside of the box is flipped, a hand comes out and flips the switch off. That’s it. That's all it does. And I think it’s great. The box was built by a guy named Michael based on the work of mathematician Claude Shannon. Interesting stuff...
