Jacksonville, FL - Marguerite and Mike Mumford, Paul Davis Restoration of North Florida owners, have named Michael Rohr as water mitigation team manager. Rohr will be responsible for estimating and overseeing jobs and staff involved with emergency mitigation, clean up and reconstruction of property damages from water-related insurance claim losses. He holds professional certification from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD).

"We are very pleased that Michael has joined our Paul Davis team. Having highly-trained professionals on our staff increases our abilities in the restoration market. High school students from Six countries are coming to our area July 2, 2008 through July 29, 2008 for a short 4-week stay through EF Educational Homestay Programs.           We are looking for loving families who are willing to share their hearts and homes with a young person from another country.  The students have studied English in school and are anxious to spend their summer learning first hand about American family life, culture and community.  This educational experience is also an incredible cultural opportunity for your family!           The students come fully insured and bring their own spending money.  We ask that our host families provide a bed for the student (they do not need to have their own room), meals, transportation to and from a designated bus stop in your area and provide a warm loving environment. The students will be occupied with English classes in the mornings at our course center and then they will enjoy fun activities in the afternoons.  The local EF staff will be available to the Host Families 24 hours a day; 7 days a week during the students stay.       Host Family members earn exciting travel opportunities.   High School students can earn Community Service hours per their schools requirements.    Training and orientation will be provided prior to the student’s arrival.

Sign up early and have time to begin building a relationship with your student through letters and email!
