Esplanade

Does anyone in this blog has any idea about the status of the "Esplanade" shopping mall at the World Golf Village? I heard rumors that the project was "dead," but I read a while ago that the project was just on hold until financing for road improvements comes through. representative, one out the five school board members. Per-district elections
are fine when they work and district boundries are clear, but for thousands of
St. Johns county residents, per-district elections will fail to represent them
